Cancellation policy

This page is a plain-language summary. The binding rules are Sections 6, 7 and 8 of our Terms of Service.

The short version

3-Month plan: cancel any time. No minimum, no fee.
1-Month plan: cancel any time. No minimum, no fee.
Cancelling always works immediately — it is never blocked or delayed by any amount owed.

1. What you accepted at checkout

Checkout states the plan, price, billing cadence, auto-renewal rule, cancellation method, discounts and benefits. Submitting the order accepts those terms and the recorded Terms version.

2. 1-Month Supply Plan

Ships and bills every month.
One supply is dispatched after each successful payment.
No minimum commitment. No cancellation fee.
First charge at enrolment, then monthly on the same date, unless checkout stated other dates.
The plan renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time with nothing further to pay.
Pause, skip and reschedule, where offered, are available at any time.

3. 3-Month Supply Plan

Pay once for a full 3-month supply.
Renews every 3 months until cancelled.
Your payment completes that supply cycle. Cancelling stops the next renewal only.
No minimum commitment. No cancellation fee.

We may pause a plan for new enrolment. If you already have a paused plan, the terms you accepted at checkout still apply.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you chose until you cancel. On each renewal we charge the payment method on file at the accepted recurring price then in effect.

Know your renewal dates. We do not send a reminder email before each renewal charge. Your renewal schedule is shown at checkout, repeated in your order confirmation, and visible at any time in your account subscription portal. You receive a receipt after every charge. If you would rather not be charged again, cancel before the next scheduled date.

5. How to cancel

Cancel any time in your account subscription portal, or email support@americanpremium.com.
Identify the subscription by email address, order number or subscription number.
Portal cancellation takes effect on submission; email cancellation when we receive it. That is the Cancellation Time.
We send you a confirmation.
Cancelling stops future renewals. To avoid the next charge, cancel before it is processed.
A return, delivery refusal, payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself cancel a subscription.

6. Cancelling an order before it ships

Cancel an unfulfilled order in your account order history or by email. We can only do it if your request reaches us before the warehouse has processed it.
