Why three tablets instead of one?
Because meaningful amounts of a full vitamin and mineral panel, plus herbs, enzymes and probiotics, physically do not fit in a single tablet. A one a day has to shrink the doses to make the promise. We would rather ask for three.
Should I take them with food?
Yes. Fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K absorb better with a meal, and the B vitamins and minerals sit more comfortably on a full stomach. Splitting the three tablets across two meals is perfectly fine.
Can I take it with the other formulas?
Yes, with one caution. This multivitamin already contains vitamin D and biotin, so check the panels before stacking it with Vitamin D-3 or Hair Growth Formula and add up your daily totals. If anything looks high, ask your doctor.
Will it replace a balanced diet?
No, and any supplement that claims otherwise is selling you something. Whole food carries fiber, protein and compounds no tablet reproduces. A multivitamin closes the gaps that real life leaves in a good diet. It does not stand in for one.
How do the subscriptions work?
Choose one, three, or six bottles. For bundles, choose one, three, or six bundles; each bundle contains two bottles. Subscription deliveries and charges repeat every one, three, or six months, matching the selected pack quantity. The full pack is delivered and charged at each interval. The billing line shows the full recurring charge. Cancel future renewals anytime. One-time purchases do not renew.
