Build a healthier gut community
Give beneficial bacteria a place to thrive.
PreforPro has been studied in a placebo-controlled human trial. Researchers found changes in selected gut bacteria, including increases in beneficial groups. This formula combines PreforPro with probiotics and digestive enzymes.

Support your weight goals
Make gut health part of the plan.
Studies of some probiotics report small average changes in weight in adults with overweight or obesity. Results depend on the strain and preparation. Pair your gut routine with balanced meals and movement.

Get more from your meals
Break food into usable nutrients.

Support defenses from within
Your gut and immune system work together.
Research in older adults links some probiotics to improved immune cell activity. Those findings concern specific preparations and immune markers, not a proven reduction in illness from this formula.

How long before I notice a difference?
The enzyme and phage fractions go to work with the first meal you take them with, so digestive comfort often shifts within days. The microbiome side is slower. Spore probiotics need to germinate and establish, and most people give that two to four weeks of consistent daily use.
Do I need to refrigerate it?
No. Spore forming Bacillus strains are protected by a natural endospore shell, which is what lets them survive both stomach acid and a warm shelf. Store the bottle somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. Complete Gut Formula is built to sit alongside a multivitamin, or a magnesium at the other end of the day. If you take prescription medication, or you are pregnant or nursing, speak with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
Why four capsules instead of one?
Because meaningful amounts of four separate ingredient classes do not fit inside one capsule. We would rather ask for a larger serving than shrink the doses to make the bottle look convenient. You can split the four across two meals.
How do the subscriptions work?
Choose one adult for one bottle each month, or two adults for two bottles each month. Both subscriptions bill and renew monthly until you cancel. The purchase options show the full recurring charge. One-time purchases do not renew.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel in your account subscription portal or contact support. There is no minimum commitment or cancellation fee. See the subscription policy.
What are the shipping and return terms?
Standard US shipping is free with a subscription. Shipping for one-time purchases is calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened bottles with an intact safety seal. Read the full return policy.
